Is Germany in decline? A View from Korea

Dr. Jerry Kam, visiting lecturer from Inha University Korea at the East Asia Institute will discuss the slowdown of the European economy and the German one in particular. Recently, the sluggish German economy has caught much attention from scholars and media in Korea, because both Korea and Germany share similar economic structures. The presentation of Dr. Kam will not only include policy prescriptions for Germany but also deal with what lessons Korea can learn from the German case.
